Mitzie E. White is our MEW! A seasoned Human Resources Executive with over 20 years of expertise spanning Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, and Entrepreneurship. Her dynamic career has honed a diverse skill set encompassing strategic planning, data analytics, relationship cultivation, and comprehensive training and development initiatives.
Mitzie's leadership extends beyond her role. She is a dedicated thought leader with a spirit to serve. She excels in coaching, mentoring, and guiding large teams to success. Her prowess encompasses a wide array of specialties, including Talent Acquisition, Workforce Development, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Development, Compliance, and Labor Laws. She is also adept in Labor Relations, Goal Setting, Executive Coaching, and Employee Engagement and Retention.
She remains an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), which further enriches her knowledge base and professional network.
